Delicata Squash !!!!

If you have not indulged in delicata squash, run, don't walk, to pick some up!

So delicious, so clean and full of so many health benefits!

Considered a low carbohydrate food, delicata squash is chock full of vitamin a, vitamin c, iron and calcium.

What do I do with it? Well, so glad you asked because it's SO EASY and SO DELICIOUS!

DELICATA SQUASH FRIES

Ingredients

delicata squash fries

Delicata Squash

1-2 tsp. Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

Directions

* Preheat Oven to 425 degrees

* Cut the squash down the middle and pull out all the seeds

* Slice each half into 1 inch moons

* Throw the slices in a bowl and coat them with olive oil

* Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add any other spices you like!

* Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping over about 1/2 way through
